Drive For Change Sober October Challenge

Welcome to Day 1 of our 5-Day DRIVE FOR CHANGE SOBER October Challenge!

I am so excited to go on this journey with you.

For the next five days, I’m going to share some of my most powerful Success Strategies and practices with you – to help you create meaningful change in your life and get back on the fast track to your dreams.

I can’t wait to see what you accomplish over the next 5 days!

Today’s lesson is designed to help you get in the driver’s seat and reclaim your power. It’s time to launch into action and start generating the energy and momentum you need to create a game-changing transformation in your sober life!

Watch Day 1: Get into the Driver’s Seat

Once you have watched the video, your challenge for today is to:

  1. Identify ONE area in your life where you are giving away your power. For example, maybe you’re blaming a friend or loved one for a negative situation you’re dealing with. Maybe you’ve been blaming “lack of time” for not doing something you say you want to do. Or maybe you’ve been telling yourself you can’t or don’t deserve to get a better job or achieve sobriety in your life. For maximum impact, choose the area where you are feeling most powerless in your life.

  2. Identify ONE thing you can do today to reclaim your power in that area. It doesn’t have to be a BIG thing. For example: commit to just walking for 5 minutes a day for the next 5 days, download a fitness/calorie tracking app, or book an appointment to speak to a sober coach. The important thing is to choose a goal that’s small enough to ensure you actually complete it – but big enough to move the needle forward in a meaningful way.

  3. Commit to taking that action – and complete it before you go to bed tonight! There is huge power in the act of completion! Setting and achieving a goal – no matter how small – generates energy and momentum that makes it easier for you to make the next step on your journey.

  4. Share your bold action in our Facebook Group.

There is power in declaring things publicly and holding yourself accountable to others! And if you post by midnight tonight you’ll be entered to win one of many prizes we’re giving away daily!

This is how you step into power, everyone – by finding the places in your life where you’re feeling powerless and then taking small but meaningful actions toward reclaiming your power.

Remember, the key here is action. Even a one-percent improvement daily can add up to a significant amount of change over time!
